• The following terms and conditions are legally binding on you as a customer being the person (“You” or the “Customer”) entering into the evaluation and sale agreement (“sale”) of used, or unwanted clothing (the “Clothing” or “Clothes”) to www.cash-clothes.co.uk (Cash Clothes trading style of John Sharpe, Cut Carb Metal Trading)
• Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering into a Sale from our site. You should understand that by using our site or placing any request for an evaluation and/or sale with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• All bags left outside are left at your own risk, we do not take responsibly for another other bags that were not meant for us and we do not take responsibility for them being taken by others.
• All collections must be booked in advance.
• We give customers either an AM or PM, AM is from 8-1pm and PM is 1 till 6pm, we cannot give an approximate time, if the collection is not made, or you was not in on collection a flyer will be left by the driver and you will need to ring the office for a rebooking on 01384 232 238.
• Your bags do not need to weigh 10 kg exactly. The weight of all the bags will be totaled and you will be paid accordingly.
• All items are expected to be bagged up and be in good re-usable condition. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse any unsuitable items.
• The prices start from 65p for new clothes with labels. Anything that is in good condition which is in discretion with the driver is 50p a kilo. Bedding and Shoes 20p kilo and Books, DC’s and DVD’s are 5p a kilo. It is your responsibility to sort the good prior to the driver arriving.
• Please check your weights and cash paid out on the spot. We will not accept any claims after the driver has left.
• All our drivers are in Cash Clothes Vans and wear logo’d high visual tops.

• The Clothing is sold freely without any liabilities, nor any adverse claims of any type whatsoever.

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and; The information you submit is truthful and accurate.
• How the contract is formed between you and us After you have completed the online form ordering, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to receive from us an evaluation of your Clothing. Which is done by the driver or in the shop.
• Events Outside Of Our Control We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations (“Force Majeure Event”).

• You accept that the process of appraisal of your Clothing may result in damage to the material. cash-clothes.co.uk will not accept clothing that is not modern and that shows any signs of damage, wear or tear including but not limit to; tears, rips, stains, holes, missing buttons/badges/labels/, worn or broken stitching, dampness, faded colours/logos/prints, broken zips, bobbling, deodorant/aftershave/perfume stains, animal hair, odour/smoke ridden or worn/scuffed materials.
• We do not accept curtains, work uniforms, home made knit wear, sports uniforms (example, Judo suit), school uniforms, soft toys, rugs, games, tired/aged clothing, socks, dressing gowns, personalised clothing.
• All items that are sent to cash-clothes.co.uk (Cash Clothes trading style of John Sharpe, Cut Carb Metal Trading) that we do not accept will be valued at 0p per kilogram. The Valuation provided by www.cash-clothes.co.uk (Cash Clothes trading style of John Sharpe, Cut Carb Metal Trading) is final and we do not provide a return service Your clothing. www.cash-clothes.co.uk (Cash Clothes trading style of John Sharpe, Cut Carb Metal Trading) reserves the right to destroy any Clothing received that do not meet the criteria.
