They are safer, often more durable and frequently superior in other respects. The unusable clothing can also act as cushioning material for furniture. If the materials are not used for any other purpose, they become rags that are definitely re-usable. Only the zippers and snaps are discarded as waste.

The world has been demanding too much and discarding items more frequently. The concept of repairing and using products longer is not a ‘cool’ thought in today’s society. Send clothes to charity and recycling helps people to think in terms of conservation of resources and helps to reduce the carbon footprint. It is the very thing that will make life possible for future generations.
